Born and raised in the small town of Emo, Ontario, Canada, I grew up a competitive, multi-sport athlete, with hockey & soccer consuming most of my athletic career. After graduating high school, I pursued a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. During my time there, I became certified though the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and worked as a Personal Trainer until graduation.
When I made the move to the Twin Cities to attend chiropractic school, I built on my personal training education by becoming a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. Chiropractic and personal training have proven to be a potent combination and allowed me to integrate my love for athletics into patient care.
Anyone who knows me can tell you that I have always had a hard time sitting still. Whether its reading, learning, exercising, cooking or being outdoors, I like to keep my body & mind in motion. I’m constantly working to learn more, do more, and be more so that I can better serve my patients & the people in my life. Helping people is my passion, and through chiropractic, my passion has become my career. I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to positively impact lives each and every day.
