Life and Wellness Coaching with Nick Knutzen of Wyld Joy

Why would you work with a life and wellness coach?

  • You feel stuck and unable to make changes you want in your life and health.

The first step in working together is to book your free introductory session (20 minutes). If we are a good fit, we will work through the six sessions below (one 80 minute session + five 30-45 minute sessions).

Description of Work:

Free Introductory Session (20 min):

  • Briefly share our stories:  Where you’ve been, where you want to go and how I can support you in this work.
  • Assess “fit” and decision to work together

Assessment Session (80min)

  • Identify what is already present that contributes to your life and well-being, and what is missing that, if present, would contribute more to your future vision and goal of life and well-being.
  • The goal of this step is to come to a common understanding of what is keeping you from making the change you want to see.  

The following sessions are 30-45 in duration.

Possibility Session

  • Identify specific Objective & Subjective Conditions of Satisfaction for each missing piece.
  • Create vision for that possibility

Commitment Session

  • Commit to produce the conditions outlined in the Possibility Phase.  
  • Who, What, Where, When…

Strategy Session

  • Develop an action plan that will result in the ability to achieve the conditions of satisfaction
  • Utilizing both Strategic & Creative tools

Responsibility Session

  • Responsibility:  Who is going to do what, by when
  • Establish “creative processes” for accountability
  • Commit to follow through on assignments

Evaluation Session

  • Recognize progress made toward the possibility by celebrating accomplishments (Ask, What is present?), troubleshooting difficulties (What is missing?) and decide on a path forward

Identify client’s personal wellness issues and develop strategies to surpass them

Provide encouragement, inspiration and accountability

Transform behavior for lasting change

Structure of Services / Cost:

New Clients

Step 1: Free 20 minute assessment call/visit with the health coach for an initial consultation of your coaching needs. Explore what is present and missing in client’s state of well-being.

Step 2: New Client Package: Includes discovery session (in-depth initial session of 80 minutes) plus 5 sessions of 30-45 minutes each. ($110 per session, total of $660)

Returning clients

Choose a package of sessions:

For a 6 session package, each session will be $110. (Sessions are 30-45 min, total of $660)

For a 9 session package, each session will be $100. (Sessions are 30-45 min, total of $900)
